Just a brief description of bullies and bullying.

 

In short, ...what are some ways to describe a bully?

 

1. Bullies are careless and insensitive.

2. Bullies are cowards. Do you honestly think a bully is going to target someone if they know that individual is going to knock them into their next birthday or report their abuse. Of coarse not. Bullies pick people they know they can walk all over. 'THAT', makes the bully the cowardly predator that they are. They want to hurt others, but do it in a way that doesn't get them hurt.

3. Bullies wrong others intentionally.

4. Bullies are abusive and disrespectful.

5. Bullies display criminal behavior which may include harassment, famacide, slander, assault, battery, vandalism, pranks, stalking, and more.

6. Bullies cause physical, medical and mental injuries to their targets.

7. Bullies in the workplace can cost a business a lot of money that otherwise wouldn't be lost.

8. Bullies cause lawsuits.

9. Bullies are predators. That's exactly right! They are very real predators.

10. * * Bullies have the ability to cause loss of life. * * This is the heaviest consequence of a bully's activity. Something that can't be undone, ever!

 

When a human life is lost at the hands of another person's INTENTIONAL violence, wrongful actions or assaults, ...there is a word for that.      

I want you to think about that.

 

This 'IS' how serious bullying is, and why it has to stop.
